About Coaches From The Future
Coaches From The Future is a space for exploring how we meet transformation on an individual and collective level. The idea has developed in 2024. It’s an inviation rather than an offer.
The project is rooted in coaching practice and ethics. Deep listening, open inquiry, presence, reflection, embodiment, relational work and the ability to stay with uncertainty are essential for the work of Coaches From The Future.
That’s the starting point and a common basis. To meet the challenges of our time Coaches From The Future is intentionally interdisciplinary.
It brings together perspectives from coaching, psychology, philosophy, contemplative practice, creativity, systems thinking, storytelling, embodiment, technology, science and other fields concerned with human development and transformation.
The idea is to create a space where different forms of knowledge can meet.
Why “Coaches”?
For us, coaching is larger than a professional title.
It describes a way of being with another person, an approach to explore a question or a moment in time. By listening closely, noticing what is emerging, asking what has not yet been asked, the conditions for something new becoming visible are being created.
You do not necessarily have to call yourself a coach to recognise yourself in that practice.
Why “From The Future”?
Because the new ways are already here.
They live in people, practices, experiences and ideas that may not yet have found a common language.
Coaches From The Future looks to the edges, collects those threads and brings them into conversation.
The aim is to notice what is already emerging and help to give it form.
An Interdisciplinary Space
Coaches From The Future is intentionally interdisciplinary.
It brings together people from different fields, practices and lived experiences. Coaches From The Future can be:

- spiritual practitioners
- thinkers
- anyone working within the field of transformation, consciousness and human development
We open up a space for different perspectives to meet and create new connections.
